We brought a three station thermoforming machine with a 780 * 650mm molding layout to this exhibition. The mold used is a disposable lunch box mold. We warmly welcome friends from all over the world to visit our booth and see the equipment.
Under normal production conditions, our thermoforming machine can reach a speed of 30-40 molds per minute. However, we generally recommend that users use a speed of 25 molds per minute when producing PP materials. For the first time, if a faster speed is used during production, some important parts of the machine are easily worn out. Secondly, because PP materials often require higher temperatures for melting during production, it takes more time to form and cool them properly. If the production speed is too fast and not cooled in time, it will cause the bottom to turn white.
